I thought that it might be helpful to repost the Co-Anon website for family members of addicted loved ones. This site address was previously posted here by a moderator, but I fear it would be difficult to find for a newcomer.
Also, for those who don't have Co Anon meetings near them (like me), Nar Anon and Al Anon address the same things, and will do just as good. I go to Al Anon and it is GREAT! Don't be scared to go, you don't have to speak if you don't want to.
It took me two attempts to begin receiving mailings, but then it seemed that I was sent double mailings. I think if you subscribe to the digest version that they let so many mailing accumulate before sending them out. What type of time frame are you talking about here? If you want to try again and have no luck .... PM me and I will see what I can do to help you along as far as getting started. I will be happy to help you in anyway that I can ....
