i don't know what happened last night with the used computer that i just bought. been up all night trying to figure out what went wrong but the problem is beyond me.

you have have saved me from some serious problems in the past and as such have earned the title 'computer guru' as far as i'm concerned.

i'm not sure if you are familiar with this make of computer and the operating system itself pre dates windows xp and millenium.

actually the operating system appears to pre date windows 98. that may explain why i am having some trouble here.

i've taken your advice, previously given, and am providing you with a screen shot of the error page that is displayed on my screen.

what do you make of it?

you see, the thing i can't figure out is how to rotate all three wheels at that same time when i only got two hands. plus my back gets thrown out any time i shake anything to violently. as you can well guess i've got quite a dilema going on here.

any of your expertize will be greatfully accepted.

thanx in advance,

bill

Solution. Lay on your back. Harder to throw it out laying down. hold onto monitor with pinky through middle fingers, use thumb and index finger to turn control and delete knobs. Pull one knee to chest and use toes to turn alt knob..roll back and forth on the curve of your spine while moving legs and arms in coordinated motion....this may take practice...a degree of flexibility and coordination...but you're a determined kind of guy...I'm sure you can achieve success if you put your mind to it and take a few yoga classes.

Good luck! Don't lose your application!!! Very Happy
