No place in the country understands the Monday morning post superbowl loser
feeling more than Minnesota (with the possible exception of Buffalo)
Let me tell you it is not all bad.
1. You do not have to hear that annoying Queen song "we are the champions" over and over.
2. no messy traffic snarls due to victory parade.
3. no spike in health premiums due to regional - large #1 foam finger carpel tunnel syndrome.
4. corportate marketing targets city for promotional incentives (Avis, Burger King, New Jersey Fried Chicken.
5. whole new appreciation for the late great R. Dangerfield.
Chin-up, Cubs report to spring training in one week, oh sorry.... |
