something e that made me chuckle when signing up. the age restriction... 12 and older, only.

to bad for those 10 and 11yr old kids bumpin rails. Better go ask their parnets permission. or lack of parents.

you know I heard on the news a big bust of flavored cocaine. strawberry, lemon, grape.
something with that kind of taste never reaches playgrounds.

In reality, it is much simpler than you picture it. It is a law, that children under 13 years of age should have parents or guardian permission to join a site.
Any website that allow user to post some information obligated by law to have this statement as for instance CocaineHelp.org have:
